I am
sitting all alone and thinking about a lot of things; so many thoughts running
in my mind and i came to this conclusion that God is preparing us for something
great. This great thing involves you and I and requires our total commitment. There
have been times when we felt we had totally lost track of everything about our
lives but no, God hadn't. There were times when we thought were unworthy and
ashamed but Christ consecrated us and called us His own saying He is not
ashamed to called us brethren. Many times you thought you were standing alone
but you have never been alone; God has always been with you from the foundation
of the world. He foreordained you to be in Him. You felt you have never heard God and
yet you perceived the Holy Spirit prompting you to preach the Gospel to
someone. It has been God all the way working His will in and through you. We easily
get frustrated when it comes to the things of God because we keep relying on
our strength to do the will of God. It may shock you to know that it’s Christ
in you willing and working through you to fulfill the purpose of God on earth.
You are not your own for Christ has become your one and only life. I recently
realized that the more we see our lives as separate from the life of Christ the
more we will want to do things on our own. Man is nothing without God and it’s
not a secret anymore. Christ was made wisdom, righteousness, sanctification,
redemption for us. He was made poor for our sakes that in Him we might be made
rich. In Him alone we live and move and have our being and we are His
offspring. It’s so easy to drown yourself with delusions of grandeur and
missing out on what God is preparing you for. The plan of God for your life is
particular and it takes only God to fulfill it. Stop trying to imitate others
without being led by the Holy Spirit. God chose you be in a time like this, He
foreordained and predestinated you, He regenerated by His Word and has
distinguished you by His Grace to be His ambassador in the earth. You are his
masterpiece the object of His delight, He loves you deeply and He sees Himself
in you. You have his DNA and you are His unique expression on earth. You may
think you’re ordinary but let me break it to you that you are not. You cannot
have Christ dwelling in you in all His fullness and glory and majesty and might
and power and you still you’re common. Christ in you has given you His mind,
and you are in Him. Some of these things sound very simple and easily take them
for granted but believe me when I say Jesus Christ is all we are and have. He
is Life and gives life (Colossians 3:3-4, 1 John 4:4, Ephesians 1:3-6, Philippians
3:10-11, 2 Corinthians 5:17, 1 Corinthians 1:30, 1 Corinthians 2:16, Ephesians 2:10, Acts 17:28)
You think
it’s hard but God’s grace is sufficient for you and His strength is made
available in your weakness. To be an honorable vessel, there is a preparation
process to mold, build and establish you as a son of God.We are called to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ because it's the will of God that all men come to knowledge of the truth. Don’t give up on what
God has revealed to you, don’t take it for granted nor despise it. You are
immensely privileged to be born in a time when the Gospel of Jesus is being
preached in His church. Submit yourself to be taught God’s sent ministers (I am
privileged to be taught by one. Follow at www.gospelofchristministries.org).
Study your Bible, buy books and CDs of these ministers, and give yourself to
praying daily in Tongues and in your understanding. Stir up the Spirit of
Christ in you; confessing aloud your identity in Christ, your union with Him,
your placement as a son in the Son Jesus Christ. Take note especially that,
during this time of preparation there are so many voices speaking in your head
but Give heed to the Voice of the Holy Spirit who is in you. Let your identity
in Christ be the referee of all your actions; be prompt to obey the leadings of
the Holy Spirit.
