Last week, the first part of this article was posted and much
of it had to do with becoming more and more conscious of our
indisputable identity in Christ. It also had a lot to do with our
commitment and love in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His
eternal love for mankind. But there is another thing that we need to
understand about God having a plan when He created each one of us. God
chosed us in Himself before the foundation of the world according to His
purpose revealed in His Son Jesus Christ. Because of our adoption as
sons in the Son of God, Jesus Christ, God has officially declared that
He is our sole provider. He is in charge of all that has to do with our
lives. He has become our Father and we have been made sons through
Christ and thus we are co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17, Ephesians 1).
Most
times we get so need driven that we cannot see past our needs but God
is faithful and for us to experience the abundance of His love towards
us, we must relate with him on the basis of His love for us. He now sees you perfect as His son and finds you completely blameless. Take note here that He doesn't love you because you love Him, He is love and Love is all that He is. Because
Jesus is alive, we are alive in Him. Because He is perfect in His body,
we are freed of any sickness, infirmity whether in the body or the mind
(1 Corinthians 2:16). We are purged from our sins and we have been
justified, sanctified and redeemed in Him. We are sane and sober and
complete in Him and He is our perfection (spirit, soul and body). Jesus
is our one and only life (colossians 3:3) and in Him we live and move
and have our being( Acts17:28). He is the possessor of all things
visible and invisble and He is Lord over all. He said He is not ashamed
to call us brethren (Hebrews 2:11), thus He identifies Himself with us.
We should not let ourselves be robbed of our rights and blessing as
heirs of salvation. The Father has specially assigned Angels which are
ministering spirits to minister to our every need (Hebrews 1:14).
Stand
firm in your identity as a son in the Son of God and rest in the
Father's love for you. Refuse to worry about your life because by so
doing you are telling the Father that He is neglecting His duties of
which He's not. Your plan for your life can never outweigh the plan of
God for your life. We are purposed in the Elect of God, Jesus Christ in
whom flows all that we are and will ever be. Only in Him are we who we
are (Ephesians 1:5-7), where we are (Ephesians 2:6), what we are
(Ephesians 1:11-14) and we can do nothing apart from Him (Phiippians
4:13). We belong to Jesus! We are in Him, He is in us so, whatever is
His is ours and whatever is ours is His because whatever is His is His.Think for a moment that will solely plan everything without you for your benefit and so what now can He withold from you?(
