We are in
the New Year, trusting we had a wonderful time with friends and loved ones. I
had a blessed time with family especially; they was fun and laughter. On this
blog, there have been many articles about our identity in Christ but we may
have brethren who desire to know this Jesus Christ, the only begotten of the Father who is our Savior and risen
King. In this new phase of our lives, i believe knowing Jesus Christ as our one and only life is the best way to start. It is written in Ephesians 2:8-9, “For we are saved by grace through faith and not
from ourselves, it is the free gift of God-not by works so that no one can
boast.” Jesus died for all of humanity;
He came as the God and man in Himself. As the perfect man, He represents all of
humanity in Himself and His death becomes the death of all of humanity, as God, He
becomes man’s exclusive substitute and savior, saving man from sin and death. In His resurrection, He
comes out of the grave as man’s only true substitute still and man becomes born again
in Him. In His ascension to the Father and His enthronement, He does so as
man’s perfect representative. Jesus Christ; His person and finished works is the Center of our belief and
don’t accept any gospel that separates Him from His person and finished works.He is the Author of our Salvation. (John 14:6, 1
Corinthians15:46-49 Ephesians 1:4-13, Romans 8:1, Galatians 2:20). If you believe and would like to know Him as your one and only life, acknowledging that everything He did in His crucifixion, death and burial was with you, as you and for you. Can you
please say this prayer aloud?
PRAYER
Gracious Father, I believe that You sent Your
only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross and shedding His blood for me, He was buried, He resurrected on the third day, ascended on High and is
seated at Your right hand as me and with me. And through Him I have become Your son and have received the priviledge to call you Father. I receive the life that comes from You which
is eternal life. I believe and declare with my mouth this
moment that Jesus is Lord of my life and i belong to Him!!! Amen
