Prayer, as God intended, is delighting in His person and
presence more than in His promises and provision. Below are the prayer points
for each day with scriptural references.
DAY 1: Pray and Thank God for your life, family,
salvation, friends, neighbors etc. Scriptural references are; Psalm 104:1-3, Psalm
95:1-3
DAY2: Pray and thank God for ministers of the Gospel
of Jesus Christ. Pray for ministers facing persecution because of their faith.
Pray as well for missionaries/ministers preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in
foreign nations 1 Timothy 2:1-2,
Colossians 4:2, Hebrews 13:17, Phil 1:19
DAY 3: Pray for the nations of the world; pray for
your nation and it’s leaders, pray for nations in which Christians are being
persecuted. Pray for the nations who are hostile to the Gospel of Jesus Christ
that they will believe the Gospel. 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 33:12, Romans
8:26
DAY 4: Pray for your family, friends and well
wishers. There are people in our families who have not come to know Jesus
Christ as their Savior; we also have friends who haven’t acknowledged Jesus as
Lord over lives. We also have members of our families battling different issues of life; sickness, depression, fear etc. We have people who look up to us so that they can believe in
Jesus Christ; they are zealous to know God but are held back by one thing or
another. Intercede in Tongues on their behalf. 1Timothy 2:1, 1Timothy 2:8, Ephesians 6: 18
DAY 5: Pray for yourself; for your desires,
your dreams and all that has been fulfilled in Christ Jesus! Thank God for His
divine preservation, His divine security, His divine provision of all the needs
of your body, soul, and spirit. Thank God for who you are in Him. John 1:12-13,
Ephesians 1:3,5 Colossians 2:9-10, Romans 6:6, 1 Corinthians 6:17
