When he was 17, he had his first dream where God was revealing His plans for Joseph’s future using ‘sheaves of wheat’ in Genesis 37:5-10. His brothers understood the dream and asked him if was suggesting that he’ll become a king as they’ll bow to him? Not sure if that was how Joseph looked at it. He had a second dream in Genesis 37:9-10 which was similar to the first dream. This triggered jealousy in the hearts of his brother, who didn’t believe he could amount to something. They devised an evil plan to kill him, but later decided to sell him off to slavery in Egypt. Potiphar bought him but it didn’t end well and Joseph ended up in prison. He stayed in prison until he interpreted the dreams of pharaoh’s butler and baker. Well, the Pharaoh’s turn came and God used Joseph to interpret his dream and Joseph finally became what the Lord had revealed ever since he was 17 years old.
I know that you already know the story and the turnout of events but what I want to call your attention to is the part where God started a good work in Joseph’s life and carried it to completion (Philippians 1:6). His promises in Christ are ‘Yes’ and ‘Amen.’ (2 Corinthians 1:20).
Brethren in Christ, you may not be where you have always desired or even prayed for. Just like Joseph who faced numerous challenges and even went to jail but he kept his gaze on the Author and the Finisher of his faith. He trusted in the promises of God for his life and he wasn’t disappointed. In Genesis 41: 51, joseph names his son Manasseh which means “God has made me forget entirely my troubles and my father’s house.” Trust in the Lord with all your heard and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6) and He’ll make you forget everything that made you cry or question if He sees you. The Almighty God has started a good work in your life and He won’t until it is complete. Never forget that you are God’s masterpiece.
You’re Blessed with All Blessings in Christ!

I know it has been more than a year since I posted a blog post on this and I want to appreciate many of you who still showed up from time to time on the blog. Thank you because this gesture encouraged to write even though I never posted any on the blog. I know your aim of checking on the blog is to find new updates which weren’t available. To tell you the truth, between March 2022, that I lastly posted up to this year 2023, I have had to deal with several challenges. Some of those challenges left me depressed for some time, I struggled anxiety and my mental health wasn’t so good. Just when I started praying every day at midnight and finding strength in God, I lost my elder brother suddenly in August 2023 and this has left me very confused about life.
It is commonly said that “life is not a bed of roses” it’s not a lie but with the help of the Holy Spirit we have strength to pass through different seasons of life. No matter what life has thrown at us in this year 2023, we have hope; our hope in Christ Jesus. It is written in Romans 12:12 that we should “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” And though it is not easy to rejoice when you are faced with challenges, the Holy Spirit alone is your strength, so keep praying. Our God is faithful and summons us to come before His throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). When I was down Jesus lifted me up, when I felt like nothing good could come out of my life, He gave me a new song to sing. This is just the beginning of the year and I believe I was lots of blog posts about prayer given that it has been my game-changer in recent times. The Holy Spirit just dropped a word in my spirit that it doesn’t mean prayer has taken the place of studying the Bible and other things we do as believers to grow in our walk with God. Not only does prayer change situations, it also changes a lot about the person who prays and builds a godly perspective the issues of life.
As we step into year 2024, I pray for each one of us that our celebrations will be more than our challenges, our tests will become testimonies, and our shame will be changed to honour. This is my prayer for us as we enter 2024.
PRAYER AND PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
Heavenly Father, we thank you for your life in us. We thank you for your loving kindness, your grace and multiplied mercies. We come before you today with hearts filled with gratitude; for you alone has brought us this far and we trust you alone to take us into 2024. We acknowledge that it hasn’t been by our might nor by our power but by your Spirit. From January to this month of December, you have been faithful; preserving us from all forms of negativity and guiding us with Your righteous Right Hand in all we do. From this day, as we step into the year 2024, may you order our steps in the direction of your purpose for our lives. May we always be at the right place at the right time and may our steps not slide. Father we thank You Lord in advance for the divine opportunities that will come our way in 2024 and for the Angels You have assigned to go before us in this New Year. Father, You are the good Shepherd. Take my hand and lead us through the days of 2024 (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray oh Father that You make this new year a prosperous one for us. Let our efforts this year bring a bountiful harvest in the Name of Jesus Christ (Numbers 6:24-26). Heavenly Father, we ask that You would Anoint us with divine favor this year. May we always be the preferred and the chosen ones in situations that will cause us to advance in all areas of life. Father, may sorrow and weeping shall not be our portion this year and may all our days of 2024 be filled with divine peace and joy. Heavenly Father, that job, business, career, traveling and academic breakthrough that any one of us has been struggling to obtain, let it be our portion this year. Our names have been completely erased from the book of premature or sudden death and maintained in the book of the living in Jesus Gracious Name. Amen

Today as I am meditating, something I had read some weeks ago in the Book of Acts 3: 1-11 came to my mind which is what I’m about to share with you right now. In Acts 3: 1-6, Peter and John went to the Temple one afternoon to take part in the three o’clock prayer service. I believe that as you read it further you’ll see how Peter healed a lame man – one who was lame from birth. Due to his condition, he resorted to begging in order to support himself and the place he was often/ always carried to the gate called ‘Beautiful’. So, on this faithful day, as Peter and John passed by the gate, he stretched forth his hand to beg from them as usual but God had better plans for him. Peter spoke by the power of the Holy Ghost commanding him to rise up and walk. He immediately helped the man to stand and his bones immediately received strength and he began walking. Imagine someone who has never walked all his life! The Bible records from Verse 9-11 that he was jumping, leaping and praising God. He even joined the apostles to enter the temple and everyone that saw him was astounded. All this man did was to praise God for what He had done.
Brethren in Christ, my meditation for today goes thus; where you are right now is not your final destination, God has greater plans in store for you today and your tomorrow. There may be things in your life that you had given up on, you may have stopped wishing or praying about them. Just like God had stepped into the lame man’s situation and completely changed the narrative of his life, the same way he’s stepping into your situation right now. Believe me when I say that lame man will never remember what’s like to be lame after that day because god has filled his mouth with praise. Ephesians 3:20 AMP “Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the (action of His) power that is at work within us, is able to (carry out His purpose and) do superabundantly, far over and above all that we (dare) ask or think (infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams). We may be living like a beggar due to circumstances but the Lord is saying to us this day He’s making full provision for all our needs from spiritual, financial, mental and social. He’s not limited in any way nor by any situation. We’re His children and He has made full provision for all we will ever need. Our days of shame, disfavor, reproach and humiliation are over because our God has stepped in fully. Our days of hopelessness and wallowing in tears wondering if things will ever change are over because the God who did it for this lame man is doing same for us. Our ever merciful and good Father is here and He’s giving us a new song and it is a song of praise.
PRAYER
Dear Heavenly Father, we pray by Your Power and Grace that everything that caused delay and caused stagnation in our lives be broken right now in Jesus Name. We declare that our faith is producing undeniable results and we prevail in every challenging situation because the greater One lives in us. We’re strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. It is part of my heritage as the seed of Abraham to excel and make progress in life, from glory to glory. I declare that miracles and testimonies will be on our lips henceforth and always and the whole world will know that God has visited our homes in the Mighty Name of Jesus! Amen

Greetings to you brethren in Christ, I know I haven’t posted since the start of the year. I had to deal with so much that everything I penned to post, I was unable to put them up on the blog. Probably for reasons best known to God. I wrote this post in November 2021, and I don’t why I didn’t share it on the blog then but I’ll share it today. Back in the last trimester of 2021, I made a habit of always waking up early in the morning before dawn to pray and make declarations over my life and my day and that’s when I got the title of this blogpost “Command your Day When You Wake Up To Pray”. Back in 2011, I came across a book with a similar title by Dr. Cindy Trimm, but what I’m about to share is from my personal experience. One time I was praying and I got a word in my inner man to speak or prophesy into my day. It’s easy to take such an instruction for granted but never forget obedience is better than sacrifice.
I will tell you how it helped me, in fact how it changed my life. Sometime last year, I went through some very challenging times that caused me to be bitter, resentful, blamed others for my problems etc. I stopped showing up in the place of prayers which went on for a while and though my heart had a longing for God, I let circumstances dominate. During this season I wasn’t getting along well with most of the members of my family, and there was no reason for these conflicts. I knew that wasn’t me and so I started fighting to do something before it completely consumed me. I have these ledgers that I use when I’m either reading or studying, I had written so much in the ledger for spiritual stuffs and so I started reading the things I had written. Some are articles I posted on the blog, others are articles I had written and never shared anywhere. That was how I gradually started getting my life back on track. I made sure to read before bed and make spirit-filled declarations over my life, mind and body. I made declarations like “today, I have more than enough love to share with everyone I meet. Christ is my peace and He is my strength. He is my fortress and my rock, my hiding place in times of trouble. Today, I declare that I’m always ready to apologize when I wrong anyone and I make peace with them right after because the wisdom of God is at work in me.”
Brethren in Christ, so many weeks have passed and I can only look back and be grateful God almighty delivered me from the fangs of the enemy. Sometimes things get to us that changes our perception of life and God in general, sometimes we don’t get to see or notice and those who notice may not be kind enough to tell us. I believe the Holy Spirit got me back on track by His Divine ability for which I’m grateful. Your situation may not be like mine but you too may be facing challenges that make you bitter, insecure, jealous, afraid etc., I encourage you to look up to God who is the Author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 4). our God will never leave nor forsake us and He is not a man to lie nor the son of man to change His mind (Numbers 23:19). So every day when you wake up to pray or wake up to start your day make faith-filled declarations over your life, family, friends, well-wishers. Speak into your day and your interactions with the world, I believe you’ll have a new song to sing.
DECLARATIONS OF FAITH FOR THIS NEW DAY
Today, I declare that I’m alive and strong in Christ, in Him I live and move and have my being. Everywhere I step my foot, I show forth the life and light of God which is me. I am a fruitful vine and I bear fruits always. I have a sound mind; I work diligently and give my best in all that I do. The joy of the Lord is my strength and I can do all things through Christ who is the Greater one in me. I’m a limit breaker in my job, what takes people several years to get, comes to me by the Grace of God as easily as it can ever be. Every project I take part in, is successful. I’m a victor and a winner today and always in the Name of Jesus, Amen
Blessed with all blessings in Christ!

Today is the last day of the year 2021, quite a lot of people are excited to turn a new page in to the new year with so many things we look forward to achieving. I learnt something sometime this year that I’ve been working on all this while. I know you’re excited to start this new year but let me call your attention to something. Do you know there are versions of you that are not you? Versions you created to either survive or get over a situation. Some of these versions have over stayed their welcome and it’s time we break up with them and be completely free from them. Take out time today, just few minutes write down the many different versions you know you don’t like which came about due to circumstances and which may be showing up always and making you miserable. Let me share with you how I structured mine (it will open your eyes to so many things you’re putting up with that are not beneficial to you).
The Desperate version of you: You may have had it really hard in life and it made you desperate. Desperate for attention maybe from men, coworkers or whoever. You put up maybe with terrible jobs, abusive and negligent unproductive relationships. You’re always struggling so people can see your worth etc. (I’ve been there and I know it hurts really bad). Right now tell yourself no more of that desperate you, you’re breaking up with it forever.
The Bitter and Unforgiving version of you: ‘Adulting’ is not easy for anyone. We struggle with different challenges at different times and sometimes we blame people for so many things they may have done that hurt us. In the course of trying to cope with the hurt or pain, we may create a version that is foreign to us. We become bitter and unforgiving towards those people who don’t do things to you as you expected. Break up with that bitter ‘you’, it’s not you at all and doesn’t serve you any good.
The Jealous version of you: Your life may not be moving at the same pace with others and all of a sudden, you feel jealous when you meet them. You want what others have, you don’t celebrate other people’s wins because of envy. As much as you think you’re helping yourself to cope with what you see, you’re killing yourself and so break up with that version of yourself now. Write it down, pray about it but make sure to stop that behavior.
The Negative and Depressed version of you: In times like this, the pandemic and unrest in so many countries all over the world, it’s not easy to stay positive always. But when you’re continuously depressed even over petty things, you need to watch out. Honestly, some people no longer believe any good thing can come their way, I used to think so too. Some complain all day and cry all night, we’ve been there but it wasn’t helping at all. You’re only helping yourself to build a version of you that will hunt you every time you’re alone. This minute, break up with that version of you because it’s not beneficial to you wellbeing.
The Prayerless Version of You: I had to add this version because many of us have it. I know when things don’t go as you wished, you stop praying. I’ve been there several times but believe me, you not praying is not helping because you may end up in situations you wished you had prayed about. It gets so frustrating when you don’t have anyone to talk to, talk to God. You don’t need any protocol to talk to God. Speak to Him about what ever situation you may be facing, not only will you be relieved, with time you’ll see things working out for your good. God truly is never late and your labor of love will be greatly rewarded. Hebrews 4:16 “Let us therefore come boldly before the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Philippians 4:6)
Brethren in Christ, there are thousands of versions of you that you created to survive or to manage a negative situation that now serves as a thorn in your flesh. There is the selfish/egoistic, proud, rude, uncaring, unbelieving, competitive (negative), hater etc. version of you that is now draining life out of you. Leave that person behind and move forward, there’s so much God has in store for you and don’t be surprised some of these versions are stopping you from receiving God’s best for you. Ever since I started this exercise, I’ve learned to say no to situations I used to accommodate out of desperation, I’ve learned to be grateful for every achievement because it’s my win not another’s. People that treated me bad and made me feel less worthy, I’ve learned to love them from a distance because they’re not helping in any way. I had so many versions that I broke up with that I am so grateful I did. You’re and original and the best don’t let circumstances make you feel any less.
Happy New Year Beloved Family!

Thank You for the birth of Your Incarnate Son Jesus the Christ who was made flesh like us that in Him we might become partakers of Your Divine Life. We pray Father in this Christmas Season when we celebrate His descent as Man, we will be strengthened in our spirit-man and propelled to tell those around us and the world at large that Jesus Christ is Lord Over all. That He came bringing Life and Immortality to Light through the Gospel. We celebrate Christmas because it means Christ in us and we are in Him, we have His Life and nature in us now. Abba Father!!!
Thank You Father that Christmas is just a day like every day because in You we live and move and have our being. You are our only Life and You’re alive in us. Your Life is superior to any condition we can face in this body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. You are the Greater One who is in us than he that is in the world. We are grateful that in the fullness of time, you sent Your only begotten to redeem mankind from sin and iniquity. Thanks to Jesus Christ we are not ordinary, we have Your incorruptible and indestructible life in us. We celebrate “the Christ” of Christmas; the One in whom dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 1:19, 2:9). Thank You Father!

Merry Christ in You

We’re in the last few days of the year 2021, oh my goodness, ‘how time flies’. I remember at the start of this year how I had anticipated and hoped to do many things, which honestly seem to be on my carry over list for next year. As much as I didn’t plan for things to end up like this, they did. There are truly things beyond our control, and no matter how much you try to control them, you fail. Someone may say “common Cynthia, you can chart the course of your life all by yourself”, I don’t deny but do they mean to tell me everyone who ended up ‘bad’ in life charted the course of their life in that direction? True, our words have power, they are spirit and life then why do Christians suffer? I’ve tried so many things in life and failed as well as I’ve succeeded in some but what I have come to tell you and to keep in mind is TO TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART. There can never be two captains in a ship and the Bible even tells us that you can’t serve two masters at a time. I’ve had my share of challenges in life and there were times when I tried doing things my way, I failed terribly. I’ve been discouraged, depressed and I was offended that God had failed me. Several times I made up my mind to walk out on this whole ‘God-thing” because I was feeling hurt but here I am still writing a blog. Sharing my challenges with you is not to gain anyone’s sympathy but to remind anyone out there who may be facing difficult times that ‘you can’t do it by yourself’.
When I was down, I got to meet someone who told me a very unique testimony of something he earnestly prayed for God to do and got perfect results. He urged me not to give up on God nor my faith but to keep moving for they “that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they mount on wings like eagles and run and not grow weary…” (Isaiah 40:31). Our God is our Redeemer, our ever present Help in times of need. He is our Deliverer, our King and Holy One. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Though the sorrow may last for the night, His joy comes in the morning. The Lord says today “Come to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28)” His rest brings peace and opens many doors of opportunities. Whatever we seek has been made available to us in Christ (2 Peter 1:3), and as we trust in Him, He freely gives us all that pertains to life and godliness. It was for us that Jesus came, it was not because we are many but because we’re worthy of the best. His Salvation is a marvelous gift that we’ve received of Him. Everything God does is so that our joy can be complete. His promises to us are “Yea and Amen” and never forget that God is not a man, so He does not lie neither does He change His mind. He always brings His Word to pass (Numbers 23:19).
Now, brethren in Christ, as we step in to this New year, it’s not like the clock will stop ticking or night and day will cease, no. Nothing spectacular will happen only our attitude will change everything. Remember that a double-minded person receives nothing from God (James 1:7-8) and I must honestly say I have been double minded too. Now is my set time to receive from God, I let go of all my efforts and let God have His way. We’re stepping into 2022 with a mind stayed on God, an attitude of trust in the One True Living God. We’ll stand our ground no matter the circumstances because we know our God is always faithful (1 Corinthians 1: 9, Philippians 4:19). Pray about everything, seeking God especially when you’re about to make any decision. Create time to pray for others: they could be your friends, colleagues, relatives etc. Make it a habit to read your Bible no matter how tired you feel, if God desires to speak to you, the Word of God needs to dwell richly in you for you to discern what He is communicating. Watch and pray for the times are evil and there’s a lot of deception in the world today. But remember “Jesus is the way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6, Romans 3:4)” ‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and He will make your path straight. Proverbs 3:6 NIV. This is the attitude we are ending the year with and believe me, we will come back with testimonies. Our God is for us, no one or nothing can be against us. We’re moving upward and forward only, no more regressing or one step forward and three steps backwards (No way). For the Lord has gone ahead of us in the up-coming year and He has made every crooked path straight.
Blessed with all Blessings in Christ!

We are not waiting for a particular day to give thanks to God our Father, God is good every day and at all times and so the least chance we have, we should give thanks. The year 2021 hasn’t been easy all over the world, people have lost loved ones, others have been down with covid-19 and other diseases, people have lost jobs, others have lost their homes to divorce etc. Here, in my country it hasn’t been easy as well, because of the crisis lots of things have happened that has claimed lives. It’s not like anyone deserved what happened to them or God wasn’t with them, no, it’s all by the grace of God that we’re here. The more reason why we need to give thanks to be among the living; thus the plan of God for our lives will be fulfilled. So now, I suggest we take stock of our lives and see how far God has brought us, giving us hope to know He’s taking us further as we trust in Him.
As for me, I’m especially grateful because God has shown Himself mightily in my life. He took me to places I could never go by myself, given me things I didn’t earn. He also demonstrated His wisdom in and through me in ways I could never imagine. God has shown me beyond reasonable doubt that I am not alone even when people who were close to me left me, the Lord stood with me and gave me peace. I trust that the few days we have left of this year will turn out marvelously well for us. It’s never late for God to give you something you’ve prayed for. I know there are things we prayed for at the beginning of this year that we haven’t had but believe me, God is always faithful and He’ll never fail us. He’ll certainly bring those things to pass in our lives.
Beloved brethren in Christ, we may not be where we desired, we are not also where we used to be. So together let us celebrate the goodness of God in our lives, in the lives of our family and relatives, friends and well-wishers. Thanksgiving opens many doors that have been shut for a while. Thanksgiving brings healing and uncommon opportunities. We celebrate God’s goodness, unfailing love, His preservation, provision, favor and so much more by giving thanks. We’re blessed to belong to Him and grateful for His Fatherhood over us. Everyday remains a new opportunity presented to us by the Most High God, to receive and celebrate His steadfast love.
Happy Thanksgiving Family!

Greetings to you lovely family, I’m grateful for your love and concern towards this blog. Even when I don’t post you’re there to encourage and make me know, I’m not alone, which gives me so much hope. I’ve had to deal with so much but thanks be to God, for His unfailing love that has strengthened me for His eternal purpose. So I have this prayer program that I organized for myself, to build up my faith in Christ. Every day, when I pray or when I exercise etc., I make confessions of faith; speaking into my week, my day so that my mind can be stayed of Christ and His Word. So I have put these confessions of faith so that we can affirm them daily over our lives in times like this. There’s a lot of negativity and hopelessness in the world these days and the only way we can support one another is to encourage them in their walk of faith. Don’t forget that the Bible commends us to speak to one another in Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs making melody in our hearts unto God (Ephesians 5:19). Beloved in Christ, be of good cheer because God is for us, no one or nothing can be against us for we’re the sons of God and we belong to Him. (Romans 8:14, 15, 31) Because we trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, we’re safe, secure and preserved in Him. May we live each day conscious that it is Christ living in us, through us and as us (Colossians 3:3).
Confessions of Faith
Heavenly Father, Thank You for enriching me with everything in Christ. I am defined by the quality of Your Life and by nothing less. Thank You for establishing my inestimable value and identity in Christ. Today, I align myself with Your foreordained plan and Your faithfulness. I lift the voice of thanksgiving for Your power at work in me in all the domains of my life; it is working beyond what I can perceive or see. I take my place in Christ and I stand in the power of His might. I shall not be moved, I shall not falter, I stand in Christ for the victory has been won and in Him, the victory is mine. In Christ, I’m free from every curse and from every iniquity. In Him, I have received true liberty as a child of God. The Holy Spirit grants me the spirit of wisdom and understanding in the knowledge of Him. I am equipped at all times for every ministerial service and I possess the vast privileges which have been given to me in Christ Jesus. I experience consistent victory by virtue of Your peace within me. I declare that I live each day with a sense of security and assurance in God for the peace He has given me is not as the world gives. Christ is alive in me, because He has settled and made His home in my heart by faith, everything about Him is resident in me. I will live and not die to declare the marvelous work of the Lord. I acknowledge that You are Yahweh my God, my only righteousness and strength in Jesus’ Name. Amen!!!
You’re Blessed of God!

You’re a vessel of honor, a blessing to your family, friends and everyone you come across. You were chosen from the foundation of the earth and predestined unto His Divine purpose. You’re not ordinary no matter what you think, your Father God sees you beyond that. You’re blessed and the works of your hands are blessed. You’re blessed in the city and blessed in the country, blessed in your baskets, blessed in your cattle and blessed in the fruit of your womb. The Lord give you great and goodly cities, which you did not build, houses full of all good things which you did not fill, wells you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees, which you did not plant. You are the light of the world, a city set on the hill that cannot be hidden. You’re a tree planted by the river that bares fruit in and out of season and whose leaves are evergreen. Because Yahweh Saboath (the Lord of Hosts) is with you, you shall not fail but live in ever-increasing glory. You’re unique in every single way, whatever you may be experiencing or have experienced so far was to bring you a place of rest; resting in the goodness of God, His mercies and unfailing love. You’re born of God, Christ lives in you, that’s why you can do all things through Him. There is no limitation to you and your path is like bright light which only shines brighter unto a perfect day. I’m in awe of God when I look at you because you are a masterpiece.
This I declare to you beloved Cynthia, as you step into this new (year) season in your life, may marvels be all that visit you. May your steps be ordered by Abba Father as He ushers you into the center of His perfect will for your life. May you always be at the right place, at the right time to meet with God’s favor. May you live and not die to declare the marvelous works of Jesus Christ. May the resurrection Life of Christ quicken, vitalize, energize every fiber of your being. May your youth be renewed daily with His wisdom increasing even more in your life. May no expectation you have of God be cut short and may God give you exceedingly, abundantly above all you think or ask of Him. May His goodness and mercy hunt you down and may you not never scratch the bottom of the barrel. Your impact will be felt in every nation of the world and many lives will be changed by the little things you do for the good of mankind. The older you get, the younger you look but the stronger you get. May the Lord grant you good health today and every other day of your life that you may glorify Him in your body and enjoy all that He has blessed you with and be able to fulfil His plans and purposes in your life. The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord lift His countenance upon you and give you peace. The Lord make His face to shine upon you. He is gracious unto you. You’re blessed, your family is blessed and your children are blessed to call you ‘mother’.
Happy Life and Immortality lovely Cynthia!

Today, we are celebrating fathers, not only our daddies but all the daddies in the world. Few days back my mother was telling me of a father whose daughter was slightly bruised by a schoolmate. Though the child who did it was a bit of a bully, the father of the little girl who was bruised could not bear the sight of the bruise. He was ready to go to any length to get back at the boy. Well, you may look at it like he’s exaggerating, what I see is a protective father. Believe me when I say there are fathers who hate any kind of play around their children especially if they get hurt. Just like this father, many others are that protective of their children and hate to see them hurt. There are fathers who do menial jobs to send their children to school. There are some fathers who are dealing with so much stress all because they can’t keep their children hungry or homeless. We have different experiences with our fathers and as fathers but one thing is certain, fathers love the best way they can. While some fathers are very expressive of how they feel toward their children, others are quiet and strict and yet very concerned about the wellbeing of their family.
Dear brethren in Christ, (I felt led to write this) your father may not have been the best father on the planet. He may have had some fails that hurt you and your family, maybe you feel he was always busy either making money or never at home. You may hate your father because of some things he did that you didn’t appreciate. You may be calling your father names in your heart or sometimes aloud because you never felt his impact in your life. Your father may have left you when you were younger and it still hurts you big time. There are so many things you dislike about your father, for which I don’t blame you but please, forgive him. I earlier said everyone loves just the best way they can, while some are open about their love for their families others aren’t. Some of these fathers may have hurts they are dealing with that you may not be aware of. Some of our fathers grew up with stack illiterate fathers who had their way of showing love which wasn’t the best and our fathers only got it from them. Some of our father’s became ‘daddies’ even before understanding the responsibilities that come with being a father (I’m getting emotional). Maybe some of our fathers didn’t get the chance of having a father and so they did whatever to the best of their abilities. Maybe some of these fathers were emotionally neglected almost always and they too are yet to recover even though they are already fathers.
Brethren, we don’t love people because of the good things they do to us, we don’t forgive them simply because they apologize. We can love people who have hurt us, we can forgive them, not because of anything they have done or can do because it’ll free us from hurt. You may be struggling to love or forgive your father for reasons best known to you, but for your sanity and health’ sake, let go. Do therapy to forgive and love, do therapy to heal but please forgive your father if he wronged you. If he’s alive, you may write a letter to him or visit him to understand why everything went the way it went. Don’t assume he did it intentionally, it may be something you can resolve and get over. Some of us have very kind and concerned fathers and yet we don’t appreciate them because we think they’re either intruding our private space or desperate for affection. Some of our fathers work very hard to give us children what they can afford but we don’t appreciate them because we compare them to other fathers.
I may not have put it in the right words but I plead with you to show your father love not only today but every other day. Just like you, they make mistakes (even bigger mistakes) and yet they long for love and affection from their loved ones not judgements. No one likes rejection even if they rejected others. Make a commitment with yourself to forgive and love the man who is the reason you’re alive, handsome/beautiful, strong and look the way you do. You’re unique and it’s thanks to him. He’s your father and will always be.
PRAYER
Gracious Father, we thank You for our fathers, we thank you for healing us of all the hurts and pains we have been through with them. Thank you for your wisdom and understanding that enables us to understand how not to judge other people by their actions. We receive your mercy Father, for everything that has hurt us, frustrated us and even made us doubt You. We receive the grace to love and forgive even those who have hurt us deeply. Help our Fathers to be strong, to treat us with love and grace. In Jesus’ Name we have prayed with thanksgiving. AMEN
Fathers are a Blessing!

Woman, the thought of you brings peace to a hurting soul. You’re that one gender that has multiple sides; one minute you behave in a certain way and the next minute you’re completely different. Since you’re not understood, you’re often defined as complicated. Oh yes, you throw tantrums sometimes like a child, scream when you’re angry, cry when you’re sad and even when you’re happy. You’re sometimes very dramatic, impulsive and can be very skeptical when it comes to trusting people. But my question is; is that all you can be? Impossible! This is because you’re a reflection of everything beautiful, strong, selfless, sacrificial, bold, brave etc. Your beautiful smile lights up everywhere you step your feet. You hide all your challenges so that everyone you meet gets to drink from your loving heart. You go through very tough seasons and you still succeed to give love as if you’re living your best life. You prioritize other people’s happiness above yours and you’re always ready to go the extra mile for another person’s good. You’re very committed to everything you set your heart to do and you produce impeccable results. You always reflect before you act and you have a strong sense of intuition. You sense when something can go wrong and you caution. No matter how many battles you fight, you never quit nor give up. You are optimistic about the future and it sometimes appear like you’re not aware of reality. You’re strict and very protective of what belongs to you. You believe the best about everyone you meet until they prove to be otherwise. You’re able to tame the hardest and vilest heart with your tender loving care. Creative, innovative and industrious are words that perfectly describe you and everything you touch is only transformed to beauty. You express wisdom beyond your years and when given a chance, your contribution to any project makes it even more successful. You’re known to be emotional and sensitive but it’s all because of your compassion for another person’s plight. You’re quick to encourage a hurting heart and you always take measures within your abilities to relieve them of their pain. If it were left to you, you’d happily bear everyone’s burden just to see them happy. Dear woman, you’re a blend of a child, a girl, a mother and you still succeed to be more. We’re blessed and privileged to be part of the stupendous grace of our Father this year 2021. The year 2020 started off with so much energy and hope but along the way quite a lot went sour due to the global pandemic. There were lockdowns, fear and some people lost loved ones (We pray the Lord comfort their hearts). It was hard not to be afraid but our God and Father was with us all throughout the whole time. I’m especially grateful for the Father’s unconditional love towards us, we did nothing to be alive; He kept us safe from harm in different forms.
To ‘officially’ welcome us into this NEW YEAR 2021, I’ll encourage each one of us to stay consistent in the place of prayer and fellowship in the Word. Why do I say this? Because of the global pandemic, quite of people living in confusion and fear of what may or may not be. I can’t say I know what will happen but my trust in the ONE TRUE living God, ALPHA AND OMEGA, who was and is and is to come. The One in whom we have life in abundance, who fills all things with His fullness and who is above all things. He was made a curse for us, that in Him, we might become His righteousness. Our God is faithful by whom we were called unto the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1:9). He has blessed us with every spiritual blessings in Christ (Ephesians 1:3), Christ is our only life and in Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 28:17. We’re seated with Christ in the heavenly places far above all principalities, power, might, dominion and every name that is named not only in this age but also in the age to come. Know that the Father knows you personally and He takes delight in you, you’re the apple of His eyes, His priority and beloved child. By the Grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we trust that He’ll keep us safe and grant us long life that we may enjoy that which he has blessed us with. We declare in Jesus’ Name that Jesus is our peace, our security and He keeps us safe from harm. Our expectations will not be cut short because we trust in Him. We’re delivered from fear of the unknown for Christ has gone ahead of us in His resurrection and He has made every crooked path straight. We’re blessed, highly favored and deeply loved. Amen!
The Peace of Christ fill our hearts!!!

A baby He was born
Of like nature like you and I
As a man He revealed to us
The Father and God of all
Glory, glory God is now in a man
Filled with Glory and grace
Speaking and walking here on earth as us
In Him is all of humanity, the God-Man He is
Now we see the Father and God of all
What a privilege, we have received
To be able to see God the Most High
Here amongst us all; truly God, truly man
Speaking words that are Spirit and Life
Behold the Father and God of all
This God-man Jesus Christ is crucified
He died and was buried in the tomb
Three days, three nights there was darkness
Then He rose from amongst the dead
Perfect, free, complete; the new man
Oh hail, the Father and God of all
He ascended unto His Father in Glory
Victories, His work perfectly finished
Comes to dwell in you and I
The Holy Spirit; who is of God alone
We’ve received His Life and perfection
We celebrate Him this day saying
MERRY CHRIST IN YOU!!!

Why I used the word ‘ungrateful’ is because sometimes we look at our circumstances and tend to believe God has failed us. I know that feeling and I’m no stranger to such thoughts but I came to understand that it’s not beneficial to us in any way. God has not ceased to show us His goodness and generosity but rather we became double minded. James 1: 6-8 NLT, “But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do.” What James is explaining here is double minded and it makes people ungrateful.
Double mindedness is something quite a lot of Christians struggle with very often in their walk with God. Others words that mean double mindedness are; to stagger, to waver, to hesitate and to doubt the integrity of God’s Word. Does this sound familiar? Same here, I’ve been there but I pray that after today we’ll all receive the grace to be established in the Word of God. The verse above reminds us that the double-minded person receives nothing from God and that’s simply because we’re not established in God’s persuasion about us. God calls us blessed, loved, favored and prosperous. He has you and I partakers of His Divine life and joint-heirs with Christ. We’re filled with his fullness, perfect and complete in him. We’re totally forgiven of our trespasses. We’re that city built on the hill that cannot be hidden because of the Light of God in us. It is the will of God that I prosper even as my soul prospers, and that I have peace that surpasses anything I can ever face. It is the will of God that I have joy unspeakable and favor in every sphere of my life. No word from God is void of power, thus being One with God means no word from your mouth and mine is void of power. Thank You Lord Jesus!
PRAYER
Gracious Father, I thank you for your never ending mercies. I receive your mercy and grace to be established in your persuasion about me; that nothing or no one can separate me from your which is in Christ Jesus. I pray that everything that has caused me to stagger, hesitate or doubt you as Lord of my life be taken away from me right now in Jesus’ Name. I receive deliverance from desensitization and discouragement and I receive the grace to trust that your plans for my life are plans of good and plans to bring me to an expected end. You’re the God who is faithful and who cannot lie. AMEN!<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjA7FHIje_d-4SYVzNYQ8pQxqsij5mB0Y-N9k4c0RqNT0pCSWp4plLAC0_q21_ojU0nvM8T3DkMESrGVtTP371fmMXKEW-dPejr2s5_IQsFblz9DLSRhLtLCeM6dk95RxrrhDzATUodWiU/s1102/FotoJet.jpg" style="display: block; padding: 1em 0; text-align: center; "><img alt="" border="0" height="320" data-original-height="1102" data-original-width="735" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjA7FHIje_d-4SYVzNYQ8pQxqsij5mB0Y-N9k4c0RqNT0pCSWp4plLAC0_q21_ojU0nvM8T3DkMESrGVtTP371fmMXKEW-dPejr2s5_IQsFblz9DLSRhLtLCeM6dk95RxrrhDzATUodWiU/s320/FotoJet.jpg"/></a></div>

a powerful observation and which pushed me to ask the question I used as the title
“WHO’S YOUR TIMEKEEPER ANYWAY? To start with, there’s this okra plant in our
garden which I can say, has been there for several months and wasn’t making any
remarkable progress for a very long time. One time, we almost cut it down and
use the space for something else but whatever stopped us remains a mystery.
Take note that our conclusion was only based on what we see not what is (it’s a
specie and that’s its nature). All of a sudden, this okra plant became very
productive almost overnight with an exceptional harvest. Just today we
harvested about half a bucket, like seriously. Why am I sharing this with you?
So you know Father God alone is your timekeeper. Has it ever occurred to you
that you’re so unique that everything about your life is unique to you, your
family, friends and even your experiences? No wonder it’s written in Ecclesiastes
3:1 “There is time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven”.
We’ve never seem to notice that plants never miss their season to bloom unless
we alter the course, how does that happen? Father God alone is our timekeeper.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Ephesians 1:10 (KJV) “That in
the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all
things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth; even in him;”
There was even a time when the Father sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ
to redeem mankind from sin and more. You may not be where you wanted to be but
you’re not where you used to be. Many things about your life may not be gong as
you had anticipated, do not lose hope for God is faithful and He’s true, he’ll
never fail you. You may have your dream job right now, or you may not be marred
yet though you’re of marriageable age, you may not have children of your own
yet or you may feel stuck somewhere. You may even think your life is regressing
instead of advancing, brace yourself for God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ
is your only timekeeper. Do not pressure yourself because everyone is making
progress except you, just play by your own clock, one set to your personal time
zone. Ecclesiastes 3:11 Amplified version “He has made everything beautiful in
His time. He also has planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds [a divinely implanted
sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God
alone can satisfy], yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the beginning
to the end”. God is never late, He’s always on time and in His plan you’re
perfectly where he wants you to be. Rejoice you’ll never fail because you’ll n
the One who is above all and through all. You’re a masterpiece, unprecedented specie.

while in the taxi on how far we’ve come despite everything that has
happened.</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Asked myself this question; “what
are my expectations in this last trimester of the year?” The Holy Spirit ministered
from within me “just victories and more victories” Haha. I was filled with joy
and when I got home, I danced and kept on declaring to myself. Now to share with
you because this message is for the church of Jesus Christ, we’re rejoicing for
the Lord has been absolutely good to us. He has preserved us, kept us safe in His
love and secure in Him. He has kept us from failing and now He’s leading us into
a new season of “victories and more victories”. The Father and God of our Lord
Jesus Christ has designed just victories and more victories for us. He has gone
ahead of us this month and for every ‘no’ we have ever received we receive a
greater ‘yes’. We declare that we only have opportunities and more opportunities,
we’re moving forward in all that the Father has designed. We’re moving in leaps
and bounds; that which we thought impossible the Father has made it possible
and accessible. We declare continuous victories in all our endeavors. Everything
we touch is blessed and bears endless fruits. Favor surrounds us like a shield;
we bear fruits at all times- in and out of season. We go out and come back with
our baskets filled with everything good. We’re blessed in the city and blessed in
the country, blessed in our jobs and blessed in all our business ventures. Our
hands are diligent and our enterprises increase in profit; our potentials, abilities
and talents only bring wealth. The Lord has opened unto us the rich treasury of
Heaven and His bounteous gifts are poured upon us in this season of the year
2020. The Lord has established us as the head, to be on top and never underneath,
always rising and never falling, moving ever higher but never low, for here
unto we are called to inherit the blessing.</span></p>

has made, we’ll be glad and rejoice in it. Today’s the day filled with His
grace, we’ll dance and shout for joy. The Father has preserved and kept us safe
and secure from harm. He has kept us from failing and has avoided calamity in
our lives. Today we celebrate the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
His grace that has totally redeemed us from sin and its consequences. We’re no

our sanctification and our righteousness. We’re His royal priesthood, a holy
nation, His chosen generation. Today we’re the total expression of God’s
infinite wisdom and divine design walking in His purpose for us. Today the Holy
Spirit leads us in the center of God’s will for us in our relationships, job
and all that constitutes us. We receive your mercy today, Father, whatever is

is of God, He is the Lord whom we serve and that our inheritance is of Him. Today,
we’re blessed with all blessings in Christ.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and I thought I should I share what came to my mind. Before I proceed, I’ll
like to apologize for my long absence from the blog, I’ve have laptop issues
lately which hindered me greatly from sharing some things I wrote with you. I
trust God; I’ll get a suitable solution to this problem eventually. I also
trust God by His mercy and Grace you’re all doing well and staying safe in a
time like this. I exhort you to stay in prayer for all men, our families, friends
and more declaring these words daily “Because we have the Son- Jesus Christ we
have life. We’ll live and not die to declare the wondrous works of Jesus Christ”
The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ is for us, no one or nothing can be
against us (Romans 8:31). Back to our blog post for today “grandeur is our
birthright” I pray the Lord gives you an understanding of His grandeur which
now your birthright.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">To begin with, we’re born of God in the resurrection of
our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We’re born from above, we originate in God
and we’re now partakers of his Divine Life (1 Corinthians 6:17). We don’t need
to feel inferior about ourselves in the first place. We have God’s DNA, which
identifies us as His children- His very own children. As He is a great creator,
so are we in this world (1 John 4:17) His Divine ideas for this world can only
take effect in this world through us. There are many ideas we get that can
benefit mankind in so many ways, we shouldn’t hold and think we ‘can’t do it’;
we should boldly step forward and reveal Christ to the world through the Divine
idea.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">We’re seated with Christ in the Heavenly realms far above
principalities and powers. To be seated is to be in a position of rest, thus we’re
at rest in the Unlimited One. Never forget that great things are born from a
place of rest and so being conscious of our rest in Christ, we can freely allow
ourselves to be used by Father God for the good of mankind. We’re still dealing
with the pandemic and it’s my prayer a solution is found that can completely
stop the situation. You may not be a medical personnel or something but believe
me when I say God can use you to bring a lasting solution to what is happening.
Seeing yourself as one eligible to bring a solution is a good place to start. No
matter how small you start, ‘grandeur is your birthright’ thus, you’re destined
for greatness.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">We’re filled with the fullness of God Himself (Colossians
1:9-10), Christ dwells in us with His fullness- all His creative abilities are
at work in us. No wonder the Apostle said in Philippians 4:13 “I can do all
things through Christ who strengthens me”. Yes, we can do things that will make
our world a better place because our strength and wisdom is in Christ. Proverbs
10:11 “The mouth of the righteous is a well of life”, speak forth what Christ
believes about you. Jesus Christ who is our wisdom, righteousness,
sanctification and redemption (1 Corinthians 1:30) has filled us with Himself
giving us the power to declare words of power and life. We’re co-heirs with Him
and have His boundless creative abilities. Jesus Christ calls us, limitless,
free, whole and complete and that is what we are. Impossible has no place in
your life and mine.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Brethren in Christ, I may not have succeeded to share
with you the exact things I had in mind but believe me when I say ‘grandeur is
our birthright’ by virtue of our origin in Christ Jesus. We’re beyond limits in
every aspect of life. We’re the solution the world is looking for; we’re here
to reveal the unlimited loving God to the world. We’re not limited by time or
space because His masterpieces. No matter what may be going on around us, we’re
confident of His love for mankind. We trust that preserves us from calamity and
no matter what we may face even in bringing our Divine ideas together to bring
forth something beautiful, He is with us and as us. Because Jesus Christ is our
guarantee, we’ll not fail and we’ll continue to aim high in all we do. We’re
destined for greatness and we’ll bring it into our world. The Father can do
exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think by His power at work in us.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #0070c0; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Benediction to us all!<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>

gracious unto you”. He'll never leave nor forsake us. Amen</span></b><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span></b></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Today is Mother’s day and
with everything happening all over the world, there may be mothers who may not
receive a card or a text from their children. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I’ve come to understand especially from where
I was raised that, a child doesn’t have just one mother in their lifetime. There
are many other women we’ve come across that have played motherly roles in our
lives. It may have been very brief or lengthy but that motherly aspect wasn’t
absent during the encounter. These women came in the form of baby sitters,
Pastor’s wife, teachers at school, colleagues at work, grandmother, aunts,
sisters and sometimes strangers. When a woman babysits, she does everything to give
the baby the feeling that it’s mother is not away. She gives the baby her bath,
feeds the baby, changes their diaper and pampers them to sleep. Sometimes our
female teachers are quick to know when we are not ok. They talk to us privately
or send us to the school counselor. Sometimes we receive advice from a friend
or colleague that truly gives the feeling you’re with your mother. Some men can
testify that there are times when their wives sound more like their mothers
than their wives. We have aunts who call from time to time, they send us food
from the village especially those delicacies we miss while we’re in the city.
There are some of us whose only motherly care came from their grandmothers for
many reasons. I remember one time when I was travelling, I sat beside a
middle-aged woman who took perfect care of me as if I was her daughter. She
bought food for me and when I felt nauseous, she gave me something to help with
the nausea. When I finally threw up, she held my hand and rubbed my back and
when I was done, she gave me clean water to drink. She gave me full permission
to rest on her thighs if I felt like resting. Honestly, I can’t say enough how
motherly that felt in that car. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Dear brethren in Christ, we
have mothers almost everywhere and it’s not based on age or size but the heart
with which they serve us. As we celebrate mother’s day, do not only celebrate
your birth mother or the mother that raised you, celebrate every lady who has
ever been there for you like your mother would. Their tender love and care can
never be under estimated, their concern for your wellbeing and their time
deserves a word of thanks. <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #1f497d; mso-themecolor: text2;">As for me, I want to thank my birth
mother, my aunts, sisters, friends, colleagues and even the strangers, who have
served as a blessing in my life. Cared for me like I was your own, supported me
in my endeavors, corrected me when I went wrong and celebrated my happy days as
well. Some of you accepted me into your homes, treated me as your daughter, fed
me with delicious meals and laughed at my corny jokes. I can never pay you back
for everything because it absolutely priceless, but I know your labor of love
will not go in vain. The Father and God of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
preserve you and reward you bountifully. I LOVE YOU</span></b><span style="color: #1f497d; mso-themecolor: text2;"> </span></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="color: #1f497d; mso-themecolor: text2;"></span></span><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnbF1u9d2T0DqOoCEhw5fRdXhAIw_SK7fc63pYetonh2zC8RHIodzez2t3Hw0J4_eJMk0B101FCUOlEvFqD2S7QJ7vpE9VaMojS78QMR-V6t1Ly5yA9Vji2Zg9gqPM9nVYobpqtKMkf8Q/" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="480" data-original-width="672" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjnbF1u9d2T0DqOoCEhw5fRdXhAIw_SK7fc63pYetonh2zC8RHIodzez2t3Hw0J4_eJMk0B101FCUOlEvFqD2S7QJ7vpE9VaMojS78QMR-V6t1Ly5yA9Vji2Zg9gqPM9nVYobpqtKMkf8Q/s320/FotoJet+%25282%2529.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><p></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><br /></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Lately, I’ve been thinking
about the global pandemic and it came to mind that though most of the world’s
attention is focused on the novel corona virus/COVID-19, there are other issues
that people are dealing with on a daily basis. While some are battling with
health issues not COVID-19 related, others are dealing with finances, domestic
violence and even more. The fear of the unknown and uncertainty has gripped so
many people and believe me when I say, it’s serious. And though we are required
to keep our distance from so many people for health and safety reasons, it
doesn’t mean we should stop caring about them. A phone call, video call or a
text message can save someone’s life; especially someone who is struggling with
depression, fear, anxiety and even suicide. People we may know are faced with
worse issues than the corona virus and since we haven’t checked on them, we can’t
know they are facing such issues. The news has been insisting on the fact that
domestic violence and abuse has increased since the lockdown started, you can
imagine what some people are facing. We have friends, neighbors, colleagues and
acquaintances that we can check on. Sometimes we conclude they are doing fine
and we go about our lives forgetting that, that may not be the case. If you
have a pregnant friend who has read some of the stories I’ve come across online
in this season, know she’ll be terrified. And the statistics of medical
personnel that have passed on during this season is quite serious and a little
scary. Many aged people are terrified about what may happen to them given that
they’re known to be most vulnerable. Some parts of the world are faced with war
and political issues where people are being killed on a daily basis. This is
just to open our eyes a little to see that people we know or who live near us
whether close or far need our encouragement; let’s be there one for another. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Another thing we shouldn’t
forget to do for the people we know is to pray for them. It may be hard to pray
sometimes not only because the distractions have doubled but also because we
may not have the discipline during this period to pray. It’s possible! 1
Timothy 2:1-3 KJV “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications,
prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings,
and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life
in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of
God our Savior.” Our Father is pleased when we pray for others and even for
those in authority; occupying positions that make decisions that can benefit
us. We can take out time to pray for the World Health Organization (WHO) in a
time like this, they need the wisdom of God in decisions they will make for the
good of the whole world. We need to pray for presidents of nations in a time
like this because they need wisdom to assure their people of their safety. We
need to pray for doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians who are putting in all
their efforts to bring forth a suitable treatment to this virus. We need to
pray for their safety in the hospitals and more, some have left their families
back home to do everything they can to help others. We need to pray for them to
receive strength to keep up the good work for mankind. We need to stay at home,
yes, be safe, yes and give thanks to God for those in the frontlines. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>While at home pray for wisdom and
understanding from God, because you may receive a divine idea that can produce
a perfect solution for the whole world. God is faithful and don’t forget he can
use anyone to provide a solution to any problem. God doesn’t call the qualified
but qualifies the called as it’s commonly said. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Brethren in Christ, we are
one body (Ephesians 4:4-6) the pain of one is the pain of all. The love of God
has been shed in our hearts and it’s for a time as this that we make people see
Christ in us. You can choose to blow kisses to neighbors, call and video chat
with friends and family members who live far from you. Pray with them as well
and remind them of your love for them. The fear of the unknown can only be
resolved by the consciousness of Christ’s love for mankind. Jesus has gone
ahead of us in His resurrection and has made every crooked path straight. He
has made all things to work for our good and He has made us more than
conquerors. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Philippians 4:23 AMP “<span>The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.</span>”</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">You
are blessed in Christ!!!</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"></span></span><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMd-ek652OZwbxFE5BUUbaEeptRl5WfABZw0ibkwY0wDrmDEP1lbmbsxoa_ez4ZW6iLTfRsns_H0epCaDmpcP67BiUi-VF154gd-4iiYAJjsfS2vpZhkzbNmRGt7fUKKJHCFPr1QTUtFI/" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="480" data-original-width="672" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMd-ek652OZwbxFE5BUUbaEeptRl5WfABZw0ibkwY0wDrmDEP1lbmbsxoa_ez4ZW6iLTfRsns_H0epCaDmpcP67BiUi-VF154gd-4iiYAJjsfS2vpZhkzbNmRGt7fUKKJHCFPr1QTUtFI/s320/FotoJet.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><p></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span></b></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">I’ve had 2 Corinthians
10:4-5 in my mind for a period of time now and I’d love to exhort you on what
the Spirit of God ministered to my inner man about these verses. We’re faced
globally with a pandemic and it’s good we put up a good fight (1 Timothy 1:18,
6:12). 2 Corinthians 4:5KJV “(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,
but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds) Casting down
imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge
of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”
When I read these verses, I came to understand through meditation that there
are many weapons of our warfare. And they are not from our five senses or
outward performances but from within. You can bear with me that 95% of our
challenges do not require fist fights but mostly wisdom. With Christ as our
only Wisdom, victory is assured and we’ll thus pull down strong holds;
traditions and mindsets which held us bound and distracted us from receiving
the love of God. When I read the part “casting down imaginations and every high
thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God”, the eyes of my
understanding were opened to the fact that a lot about thoughts contribute to
our perception of God. If you what you believe about God is that He is far from
you, you’ll have a faulty view of His love and you’ll always feel lonely. God
is love and His love is unconditional, and we need to fill our minds with the
consciousness of how much Father God loves us (John 3:16) and His sacrifice for
us and as us on the cross. Romans 10:10KJV “For with the heart man believeth
unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”.
Amen!</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">When you live conscious of
the love of God, you’re able to make confessions with your mouth. Therefore one
the weapons of our warfare is believing that Jesus Christ is Lord of all and confessing
His Lordship in your life (Hebrews 3:1).’ The Word ‘confession’ is translated
from the Greek term ‘ Homologeo’ and it means” to thoughtfully agree and
demonstrate consent through speech”, “to speak exactly the same as regards the
content of truth believed” The Apostle Paul presents the<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Apostleship and High Priesthood of Jesus as
providing us with direct access to God, by presiding over the confession of our
faith. This means that, as a believer, you have to the right to benefit of all
that Christ has procured and secured through His finished work, by coming into
agreement with what Christ Jesus has already “Confessed” concerning you. Jesus
Christ is our Greater High Priest and has declared over us what He knows to be
true of Himself. He has proclaimed a truth which He has wholeheartedly accepted
concerning us. This is the true meaning of “Confession”. You are already
blessed with all blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3), You
have passed the level of conquering and have been introduced into the realm of
reigning (Romans 8:37). You have been accepted in the Beloved (Ephesians 1:6).”
Dr. Shawn Smith. Most battles start in the mind and so when these thoughts
come, to bring them to the obedience of Christ within, we should confess aloud
what Christ is persuaded of us. Just to mention, other weapons of warfare
include joy and thanksgiving.</span></p>
<p align="center" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: center;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Confession
of Faith</span></b></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Father of Lights, Giver of
every good and perfect gift, I join my voice in agreement to every declaration
revealed in the New Testament concerning me in Christ Jesus. I rejoice to know
that you have revealed in Your word that You will never be angry with me
because of the finished work of Jesus Christ and I receive wholeheartedly Your
unconditional love for me. I receive the full effects of your salvation in my
spirit, soul and body, to be saved, made whole and preserved. I subject my
faculties to you releasing all thoughts of fear of the unknown and bring it to
the obedience of Christ. I walk in your peace and your unconditional love for

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">While I was exercising about 2 days ago, as I took
advantage of that time to continue meditating on the Word of God, I got this
verse in my inner man, Psalm 24:1 “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness
thereof: the world and they that dwell therein”. As I continued dwelling on the
verse, I came to the conclusion that it’s encouraging us to remember that we
belong to God Almighty, the Lord of Hosts. With hands lifted in honor and
adoration to our God and Father, let us pray- conscious that we belong to Him
and we’re preserved in Him. (I used the first person singular because when
reading you’ll do same. Everyone we have a loving interest in, is included in
this prayer. As sons of God, we’re taking our place to declare God’s absolute
power at work in and through us to all the nations of the world.) <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #002060; font-family: "arial" , "sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">PRAYER</span></b></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, we stand with assurance
before Your throne of grace, the supreme court of the universe and present this
earnest request and humble entreaty offered and made on behalf of all mankind. Your
Name is blessed forever and You are the Source of all light with whom there can
be no variation, never subject to change; who casts no shadow on earth. I give
thanks to You for You are the source of my life in Christ Jesus who has become
my wisdom and righteousness, consecration and redemption. You have sent forth
and commissioned all angels as ministering spirits to attend and execute Divine
service on behalf of the heirs of Salvation. You have sent them forth as
subordinates in service to my command to act on my behalf and to perform
errands at my behest. I now summon the Heavenly hosts to come to my assistance
in the Name of Jesus and Lord of all, to minister to me that I may be kept entire,
being made materially prosperous, most blessed and highly favored in all my
ways. I worship and reverence the Name of the Lord my God. Encamp around me and
keep guard over me, deliver me from evil and prevent it from coming night unto
me. Day and night keep watch over me and fulfill your service unto God. Gracious
Father, I declare that Your Spirit within me does not impart fearfulness,
timidity, or cowardice but rather You have given me the Spirit of power, love
and of a sound mind of sobriety, calm and self-control. I am delivered and
liberated from ear and terror. I refuse to fear for You are my God and You are
with me. No fatal or destructive plague shall scourge me or my family and loved
ones with calamity for we are preserved. I commit my total life under the
Lordship of Jesus Christ; spiritually, mentally, physically, socially and
financially. I belong to Him and He is Lord of my spirit, soul and body. Jesus
is my absolute Master; He has conquered and I’m victorious in Him. Because I
belong to Abba Father, I am all that matters to Him. I believe what you have
declared and that I will say, ‘I will live and not die to declare the marvelous
Work of the Lord’. As Christ is, so am I in this world. Thank You Father for
the lives of every medical personnel, everyone who is doing everything to see
to it that this COVID-19 is brought to an end. We bless You Father for those in
authority who are working relentlessly to see that men are set free from this
COVID-19, we pray that they be preserved. Thank You for their noble services to
humanity, and we pray Your wisdom be exalted in all the laboratories globally
in the Name of Jesus! Thank You eternal Father, for this pandemic is over and
we receive your peace in the Name of Jesus, Amen!</span><br />

<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">I was watching the news
today and the journalist made this statement “the whole world is freaking out
and they have virtually forgotten how to live their lives.” That’s in reference
to COVID-19 which truly seems to be getting the best of many people around the
world. It’s quite tempting not to be afraid especially if the disease is in
your city. But be encouraged and know you’re not ordinary, why do I say so?
Because Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior and He lives in you. John 3:16
(Dallas Willard Translation) “God’s care for humanity was so great that He sent
His unique Son among us, so that those who count on Him as God’s love to them
might not lead a futile and failing existence, but have the undying life of God
Himself”. Amen! Because you have received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior
by faith, you now have the incorruptible, indestructible, uncreated and undying
life of God in you. You have passed from death unto life (John5:24) and you are
seated with Christ in the Heavenly realms far above principalities and powers. Wherever
Jesus is, you are and that makes you someone who is in no way ordinary. The God
and Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is now our Father in Christ. </span></div>
<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Dear brethren, be strong in
the Lord and in the power of His might, do not let yourself be afraid for our
God has gone ahead of us and has made every crooked path straight. His mercies
that are ever new abound towards us and because we trust in Him, He will never
fail us. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>You’re not to relate with
yourself by mere human standards for you’re essentially spirit; joined together
with Christ in an inseparable union (1 Corinthians 6:17). You are the
righteousness of God in Christ, sanctified and justified by faith in Him. You
and I are partakers of the resurrection life that Christ presently lives in us.
Jesus Christ chose you and I and included us into Himself; our lives are
inextricably bound to His. We are energized from within by the life of God and
if God is the life in us in Christ, it’s only but evident that His nature is
equally dwelling in us. His genetic imprint is within us. The cross of Jesus
Christ has eternally separated you and I from any association of the fall.
You’re the new creation created in Christ unto good works. You’re not conformed
to the fears of this world but you’re renewed in the spirit of your mind by the
knowledge of Christ in you. <span style="color: #002060;">YOU’RE NOT ORDINARY</span>.
You are so one and intertwined with Jesus Christ that the begotten of God, in
keeping you it implies He is keeping Himself (1 John 5:18). Jesus Christ was
made a curse for you and I, so that in Him we can become the blessing. He was
made sickness, that in Him we might be made whole. He went into harm’s way,
that in Him we might be preserved from harm ( even pandemics).</span></div>

<br />
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Father of my Lord Jesus
Christ, I thank you for making me a partaker of your divine nature which has
endowed me with the capacity to love you. This day I take my place in Christ
and I stand in the power of His might; I stand in Christ for the victory has
been won and in Christ the victory is mine. I profess with joy that Jesus is
Lord of my life; I am blessed, whole, preserved and complete in Him. Because I
am in Christ, I declare that I’m not ordinary, I have His life. My confidence
is what Christ has done for me on the cross. I will live and not die to declare
the wondrous works of Jesus Christ. Amen!!!</span></div>
