GOD IS FAITHFUL AND HE WILL NEVER FAIL YOU

Some weeks ago, i was reading a very touching story of two people who 'fell in love' and later broke up. Great was the pain of the lady since she was the author of the document i was reading. I felt how deep her pain was and i was filled with so much compassion for her. A lot is happening both in real life and on social media; people are getting married, others are getting engaged and for some people who haven't found someone to be with, it seems somehow challenging. You find yourself asking quite a lot of questions especially if you are of marriageable age and you wonder to yourself if you'll ever find someone or be found by someone. This post is an encouragement to everyone who is trusting God to find a marriage partner especially by God's design. Being single can be hard sometimes but to find or be found by a godly spouse is worth the wait. As Christians, marriage is not only about coming together but fulfilling the purpose of God for your lives. You have come a long way and believe me, compromise is not an option; trusting God is the best thing to do. It is commonly said that, each time you seek to please people and displease God, these same people will turn against you, it's true; i can relate to that. Psalm 84:11 tells us that God will not withhold any good thing from us. This 'good thing' i believe is His Son Jesus Christ who took on our nature and died in our place. He rose from the dead in victory and is seated at the right hand of the Father with us and as us. He is our Only Mediator and faithful High Priest presenting us perfect in Himself. In Him we have free face to face access to the Father and so any petition we have is granted in Him. Jesus told His disciples to ask and they will receive because it is God's will to give them what they ask for, so that their joy might be complete. Same applies to each one of us, if we have asked then let's express thanksgiving until we receive the manifestation because it's already given to us. As i am writing, the Holy Spirit has ministered to my inner man bringing to mind the fact that everything Jesus ask of the Father, He is given. He only gives thanks because He knows it's the Father's will to give us all things; remember when He fed 5000 men with five barley loaves and two small fishes (John 6:5-13).
We get a perfect picture of God's generosity in Romans 8:32 "He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?". It ends with a question where he is trying to awaken us from slumber, that if God could give His Son Jesus to die in your place and for your benefit, will He not also freely give us everything we ask in His Name?. God is a perfect giver, and His blessings are eternal, precious and adds no sorrow (Proverbs 10:22). Apostle James  has something wonderful to say in James 1:17, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning". It's worthy to note that a good spouse is worth more than silver and gold, just having the right spouse is a fortune to God (Proverbs 31:10, Proverbs 21:19, Proverbs 12:4). God is a good Father; we can not ask for bread and He gives us a stone, neither can we ask for fish and He gives us a snake but rather everything we ask, He gives much more He is the generous Father after all.
Dear beloved in Christ, God has our best interest at heart and He will not let us be disappointed. His thoughts towards us are thoughts of peace and not of evil and He has not lost sight of His plan for our lives, for in Him is our destiny and hope. Our prayers have been answered because He is faithful and He is true. Dear sisters, we will be found by a godly help mate and a man who is mature in the knowledge of Christ and who is devoted to His will. Dear brothers, you will have the discernment and the favor to receive the fortunate goodly portion of finding a wife that is first of all pleasing and acceptable in God's sight and committed to His will. No matter what happens, it's not the ultimate because God is faithful and He will not fail us.
PRAYER
Thank You Ever loving Father for Your abundant love for me. I receive the healing effect of Your mercy upon my life of everything that has hurt me, that has caused me pain, slowed me down or frustrated me. Today Father through Your mercy i receive complete wholeness. Amen!
